The constant head permeameter of coarse-grained soil is used to measure the permeability coefficient of coarse-grained soil and graded gravel with the maximum particle size not greater than 75mm.

Structure
The inner diameter and height of metal bottom sealing cylinder, metal orifice plate, filter screen, pressure pipe and water supply bottle are 10cm and 40cm respectively. When other sizes of cylinder are used, the inner diameter of the cylinder shall be 10 times larger than the large particle size of the sample.
1. Constant head permeameter is used to measure the permeability coefficient of clayey soil under constant head. Constant head device, consisting of infiltration vessel, variable head pipe, water supply bottle, water inlet pipe, etc. The inner diameter of the variable head pipe shall be uniform, the pipe diameter shall not be greater than LCM, and the outer wall of the pipe shall have a scale with a small division of 1.0mm, and the length shall be about 2m.
