It can collect the current wear information of the joints, positioning points and mid-span conductors of each section in real time, thereby guiding the operators to conduct timely maintenance and analyze the cause of the accident.
It is suitable for any contact wire of the current electrified railway catenary system. Bluetooth 4.0 is used for wireless data transmission, and the ground receiving terminal displays the measurement data simultaneously. The ground industrial- grade receiving terminal is equipped with professional software, which can save measurement data, calculate wear, and is easy to operate.
The rigid contact wire wear measurement apparatus TP-MH II is suitable for rigid catenary system contact wire wear measurement. The fixture on it corresponds to the outer contour of the rigid catenary to determine the reference zero point of measurement and the precise positioning during measurement. The internal measurement sensor is a high-precision linear grating with a measurement resolution of 0.001mm, which ensures measurement and calculation accuracy.
